Talent and hard work have allowed Piotr Tuźnik to take over a management of Andromeda Alfa restaurant, where as a head chef, he created a first author’s menu in the history of our restaurant. He is a laureate of such competitions as L’Art de la cuisine Martell in 2013 and Arte Culinaria Italiana in 2017.
In his meals, Piotr takes an inspiration from a traditional Polish Cuisine, which he values a lot. At the same time, he pays attention to the looks of his meals.
